Biography

Nana Wesley Hansen is one of Denmark’s leading experts in collective bargaining and negotiation strategy. She is associate professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen. She dedicates her research to exploring negotiation dynamics and collective collaboration within both private and public sectors.

Fueled by a profound interest in the nexus of negotiation, communication, and emerging technologies, Nana has contributed new insights into social relations in negotiation, and negotiators’ use of social media and digital platforms.

Nana’s expertise extends beyond academia, as she is a sought after speaker on negotiation and collective collaboration topics. Drawing from her experience navigating complex negotiation systems and political landscapes, she also serves as an expert advisor in specific negotiation and collaboration processes.
